Description

Mary Green’s sampler is from the United Kingdom, but with so common a name, a search reveals hundreds of thousands of entries. A school by the name of Ashton School existed during those years in Cheshire, England, but whether our Mary stitched this sampler at that school remains a mystery but her beautiful sampler can become your reality. Stitch Count: 270 w x 272 h Model stitched on 36 count Zweigart Straw by Weeks Dye Works with Needlepoint Ink Silks Chart provides conversions to DMC, Cosmo and Soie d’Alger.
