I'm starting with my very favorite. This is MAJESTIC BIRDS. I designed this back in November (and finished on the 13th as you can see from the date on the sampler), and have been very anxious to show it to the world! The corner sections use specialty stitches (Rhodes Stitch, Rice Stitch, Smyrna Cross and Double Cross), I have also charted it for an alternate corner using just cross stitches and back stitches. I even made a note of that on the coversheet of the chart. I want to be sure I don't scare stitchers away!
This design is stitched on 40-Count Seaweed from Fox and Rabbit using Needlepoint Silks in: 512, 692, 693, 763, 957, 991B, 993. A conversion to DMC is, of course, provided. The stitch count of this design is 193 x 193.
