Design Details:
Model on 32 ct. Baby's Breath linen by Weeks Dye Works.
I wanted something that felt warm and sort of "bakery" like, but I can see this working on a lot of different colors.
Stitch count 228 x 41
It uses Classic Colorworks (CC), Gentle Art Sampler Threads (GAST), and Weeks Dye Works (WDW) threads:
CC - Blushing Beauty, Crab Cakes, Brown Hen, Country Lane
GAST - Baked Clay
WDW - Louisiana Hot Sauce, Hazelnut, Chickpea, Whitewash, Goldenrod, Cocoa, (bonus only - Hunter)
I added a "houndstooth road" as a trim below the houses on my version. I used Weeks Dye Works Wool in Snow Cream Houndstooth (1096HT). I framed my model, but I think this would look great as a long pillow with the wool at the bottom.
Finished size:
As stitched on 32 ct. linen, it finishes at about 14 1/4" long and 2 1/2" tall for the stitching portion. If you include the wool "road" it's about 4 1/2" tall.
