Time : Doors will open at noon on Thursday to 10 pm, Friday and Saturday 8 am to 10 pm

Details
Attendees will receive a full kit from Teresa with hand dyed linen and threads. There will be door prizes, a gift and a project bag exchange as well! There will be an optional wool applique class and a wool applique kit available for purchase.
As always, there will be a seating arrangement so everyone is guaranteed to have a seat with friends! No rushing the doors and scrambling to find a seat! Just come in, sit down and relax at your assigned seat!
The event fee of $525 includes full access to the stitching room, boxed lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday catered by Rudy's Redeye Grill, a local favorite restaurant! Your deposit of $250 is due at time of registration with the remaining balance of $275 due on September 1st, 2026. You will receive an email reminder with a link to complete your balance as the final payment date gets closer.
A discounted room block is available for attendees at the Holiday Inn and Candlewood Suites, located just 20 miles from Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport.
Store shopping! New this year! We are building a shop on our property and invite you to come to the farm for a visit! Located only 12 miles from the hotel and just off 35. We offer a wide variety of linen, floss and patterns and are looking forward to having you shop in person during this event!
Registration
Registration will begin on Sunday, April 26th at 1pm CST. You will add this item to your cart and check out as usual. Please do not add additional items to your cart! Payment for this event constitutes agreement to terms and conditions. Please register with confidence! Please only register one person at a time. If you are registering for someone else, please be sure to include their name and contact information. We use this registration to provide communication about the event.
Once your registraion is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to instructions for booking your accommodations. Open the email and look for the hyperlink in blue!
Refund policy
Due to the nature of this event we are not able to offer refunds unless your spot can be filled minus a $100 administrative fee. We do not guarantee your spot can be filled. Cancellations can only be accommodated if the retreat is full. No refunds can be issued after September 1st, 2026. We have contractual obligations we have to meet as well! We appreciate your understanding.
