This design is stitched on 40-Count Seaweed from Fox and Rabbit using Needlepoint Silks and Gloriana Silks.  I've listed extensive conversions to Belle Soie, Needlepoint Silk and DMC for the Gloriana colors used.  
Needlepoint Silks used:  184A, 341, 993. 
Gloriana Silks used:  Fawn, Quince Blossom, Rosebud Green, Winter White
The stitch count is 143 Wide by 208 High.
