Returns/Cancellation Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, excluding shipping. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Returns/cancellations are subject to a 5% restocking fee of the original purchase price if the item was received/cancelled without defect, ordered in error or the customer has simply changed their mind. We do not accept returns on charts or patterns to protect designers copyright.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
At this time we are shipping to US addresses only. We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $4.95 for US residents. All items are in stock and available for immediate shipping unless otherwise stated (ex, pre-orders are taken so we are sure to order enough supplies, they will be listed as a pre-order with an estimated shipping date). We do our best to ship your item in 72 hours. You will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number.
