Christmas Mini Moon came out this past December and this is the next in the minis. Technically it should be called "Summer Mini Moon," but at the time I didn't know I would make a series out of it. Anyway, I had fun finishing it into a little pillow with four skinny little "tassels" I made out of DMC. Don't ask me how though, because I was winging it the whole way! Sometimes it's fun just to jump right in and be satisfied with what you get out of it. But really, all I did was sew a few loops into each corner and then cut them to the size I wanted.
Stitch count: 71w x 81h
Fabric used: 36 ct. Baked Clay by Fox and Rabbit (distributed by Hoffman Dist. Co.)
Threads used: Classic Colorworks in Pea Pod, Chili Pepper, and Eve's Leaves; Weeks Dye Works in Molasses, Grapevine, and Grits; DMC in 355, 680, 3768, and 754 (of which there is only one stitch). The DMC used in the Mini Moon model was coffee-dyed, by the way, but this only mutes the colors somewhat. Coffee-dyeing instructions can be found on the back of the chart.
