This is the third in the seasonal quail lineup, featuring the Mountain Quail (with the very distinctive feather crest) and stylized manzanita.
Although the birds are reclusive in nature, they can shine in your stitching!
The model is stitched on 40 count "Fallen Leaves" linen from xJudesign. (I couldn't really find a good DMC equivalent for this, but it's a light green/yellow with darker green/orange/olive mottling.)
Stitch count is 130 wide x 131 high.
The model is finished with "Algae" chenille and "Pea Pod" velveteen, both from Lady Dot Creates.
